These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Infliction Point, including the Android app, the Wear OS companion app, and the companion web app ("the Service"), provided by 2an.dev ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and you must meet the minimum age required in your country to use it. If you create an account, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for scoring and organizing padel matches. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Signing in is optional and unlocks additional features such as profiles and tournaments. If you create or organize a tournament, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (player rosters, scores, schedules) and for how you conduct the event. Other participants can see tournament data you share with them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (profile info, photos, player names, tournament data). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you and to other participants as needed to operate the Service (e.g. showing your name and score to other players in a tournament). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any content you upload, including photos.
Don't use the Service to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, impersonate others, interfere with the Service's operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
The Service relies on third-party platforms - Google Play Services, Firebase, Google Cast, and the Android Text-to-Speech engine - to provide certain features. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services outside our control.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend or discontinue the Service (or parts of it, such as tournament sync), at any time. Local features (Quick Match scoring, match history, and player suggestions stored on your device) are designed to keep working without a connection to our servers, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any part of the Service. Online features that rely on our servers (such as accounts, profiles, and tournaments) are free today, but we may introduce pricing, subscriptions, or usage limits for some or all of them in the future; if we do, we'll give notice and no existing feature will start charging you without your consent.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that scoring, match results, or synced data will always be accurate or available - Infliction Point is a scoring aid, not an official match record for competitive or sanctioned play unless the tournament organizer says otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2an.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of match data, disputes over match results, or issues with connected hardware (Flic buttons, shutter remotes, LED displays, paired screens, or Wear OS devices).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
